All shipment, accounting, payment go through our factoring company/subsidiary of "Faviola Carrillo". Your shipment will
reflect this name and all payment receipt will show this name.
You have 3 days of receipt postage to contact us for broken items, the item will be replaced at no charge once
we receive it. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns
must be pre authorized by email.

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it, except for the hand custom order of "Heavy Metal Chic" and
cups. These items take 4 to 6 weeks after the original order.
